Scar Massage Around Your Scar
Scar massage technique
It takes 2 years for a scar to fully mature. Whether you had your C-section a few weeks or a few months ago, you'll benefit from Scar Therapy.

1. Working The Tissues Around Your Scar
Massage around your scar using each of these three movements around 3-5 times. Adjust your pressure based on your comfort level but none of these should hurt. You may feel a pull or light burning sensation when you're stretching the skin. If you find an area that's particularly tight or sensitive, spend a bit longer working this area.
Place your fingers above your scar and make up and down movements. Make these up and down motions all the way around the scar.
2. Now move your fingers side-to-side all around the scar.
3. Now make small circles around your scar going clockwise and anti-clockwise
